Figures are manufacturer-stated values for the nominated layout and may vary with options fitted. Off-grid estimates are indicative only. Estimates are based on modelled assumptions and vary with weather, load, equipment condition and usage habits. Specifications are published 2026 model year figures and vary by layout; confirm your layout's full weights, including ATM, with your dealer and the vehicle's compliance plate, and confirm loaded weights at a licensed weighbridge before towing. Sleeping capacity varies by layout. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

The layouts
Two decisions set the van and the price: the layout you live in, and whether you want the Semi Off-Road pack under it.
Will it fit at home?
Narrowest access point
This is the call that decides how it tows and how it lives: every layout has its own length, weights and price.

The Semi Off-Road pack
Every on-road New Age steps up to the Semi Off-Road pack when your route turns to gravel. One option, added at build, that changes what the van rides on, not what it is.
Sealed highways, tidy caravan parks and the odd stretch of smooth gravel. Easy, comfortable towing the way most of Australia travels.
Dirt roads, corrugations and camping away from the crowds. The same van, sitting higher and built tougher, so a rough track doesn't cut the trip short.
The pack changes what the van rides on, not what it is. Every layout, and every comfort inside, stays exactly the same.
What the pack adds
$2,936.25
Semi Off-Road pack pricing is New Age's published option price, indicative, in AUD and excluding on-road costs. ATM figures vary by layout. Confirm the exact figure for your build with your dealer.

Indicative estimates only: figures are modelled, not measured, and vary with weather, load, equipment condition and usage habits. ATM shown is derived from published tare plus payload, not a published figure. Option weights and prices are examples; confirm current options and pricing with your dealer, and confirm loaded weights at a licensed weighbridge before towing. Tow-vehicle figures (braked capacity and tow-ball rating) are typical published values that vary by build, year and accessories; confirm your vehicle’s compliance plate and check its GVM and GCM, not tow capacity alone. The combined car-plus-van figures assume roughly 400 kg of people and gear in the car (before heavy accessories), model the tow-ball download at about 10% of the loaded weight, and use indicative vehicle weights; your build, accessories and load will differ. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Quick answers
The short versions of what this page covers, in one place. Every figure is the published spec, with the caveats kept in.
The Manta Ray starts from $74,490 excluding on-road costs for the 15FT layout, rising to $83,490 for the 20FT. The Semi Off-Road pack adds $2,818. These are New Age's published starting prices; confirm current pricing with your dealer.
Five layouts: 15FT (6.79 m), 16FT (7.09 m), 18FT (7.71 m), 19FT (7.99 m) and 20FT (8.35 m) travel length, all 2.5 m wide.
On a powered site the van is covered for power, water and the dump. Free camping on the standard specification, an estimated 2 nights before the grey tank needs a dump. Estimates are modelled, not measured, and vary with conditions and usage.
The 15FT carries up to 500 kg of payload on top of its 1,900 kg tare, as published. Larger layouts carry more; confirm loaded weights at a licensed weighbridge before towing.
The van is 2.5 m wide with travel lengths from 6.79 m to 8.35 m depending on layout. Allow roughly a metre of extra length to manoeuvre it in, and check your narrowest access point; the page's fit checker compares every layout against your space.
Tare is the weight of the empty van as built. Payload is what you can legally add on top: water, gas, food and gear. ATM (aggregate trailer mass) is tare plus payload, the maximum the loaded van may weigh. The Manta Ray 15FT is 1,900 kg tare with up to 500 kg of payload as published; confirm loaded weights at a licensed weighbridge.
Every new Manta Ray is covered by New Age's 3-year bumper to hitch warranty from the date of first registration, with repair or replacement of defects at New Age's discretion. Your Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply on top and cannot be excluded. Full terms are in the Owner's Handbook.
New Age Caravans is an Australian manufacturer headquartered in Campbellfield, Victoria, and the Manta Ray shares the same single-factory build as the rest of the New Age range.
